What size tent will accommodate my event?
The amount of people that each tent serves varies, depending on the layout; if its only chairs, if it’s tables and chairs, cocktail tables, etc. We have approximate capacity suggestions listed beside our products page. Of course, please inquire by email or phone to get input for your unique event.
Which tent is right for my event?
The ground surface, price budget, look, and size are the biggest variables to determine the right tent. On our Tents tabs, browse pro’s and con’s of each type and your preference.
Do you do package pricing for multiple products?
Yes! We love discounting a package when we are providing multiple products, or for a longer duration of time. We do our best to beat the competition’s price, and with better service. Just ask!
How long does it take and when do you set up and take down an event?
This varies by product/service, but generally between 1 hour and 3 hours for set-up/takedown. We will set-up PM before your event, and takedown the day after your event (or if on the weekend, the following Monday when possible)
How many days does the Rental Price Include?
Generally the price is for 1 day. When the event is up longer, we discount the rate for longer times. Call us for an exact quote on your next event!
