Installation & Setup
Installation of tents, lighting, and dance floors will be done by us. With tables and chairs, we deliver them in neat stacks, unless a separate set up layout and fee has been arranged. When we pick up, we ask that the products be stacked and arranged how we left them.
We will set up either PM the day before your event, or early on the morning of, and takedown/pick-up the day after your event (or the following Monday in most cases if it falls on a weekend)
We will have pre-arranged the set up location of products, or ask to have someone on site when we arrive to direct the setup crew for the location direction.
We pick up all of our rubbish, and when needed, patch holes in the asphalt from our stakes.
